Are there social opportunities available for residents to participate in?
Yes! You can be as involved in social events as you'd like. We share an activities calendar with residents each month where you can choose which events you would like to participate in!
Does Attivo Trail provide transportation for residents?
No, we do not provide transportation for residents' day to day activities. We do however, have a bus that is used to transport our residents to and from the activities we host.
Are meals provided at Attivo Trail?
Attivo Trail Waukee does not provide meals. We do host occasional events for our residents throughout the year with food and beverages provided.
Are there parking options available?
Yes! We have free off street parking available for all residents. We also offer attached and detached garages, as well as underground parking. Please contact our leasing office for pricing information.
I plan to have guests come to visit me. Are there guest suites available?
Yes! Attivo Trail offers guests suites to accomidate your visitors. Please contact our team at 515-422-9898 for more information on pricing and reserving a suite.
